§ 1 Scope and Contractual Partners
These General Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed by consumers through the EUROPE ENDURES online shop at https://europe-endures.com.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
§ 2 Subject Matter of the Contract
EUROPE ENDURES sells clothing, accessories, and other products offered in the online shop.
The essential characteristics of the goods are set out in the respective product description.
Some products are printed and shipped by an external production partner only after the order has been received.
§ 3 Conclusion of the Contract
The presentation of our products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By clicking the final order button, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement for the products contained in the shopping cart.
Upon receipt of the order, we will send an order confirmation.
The purchase agreement is concluded when we expressly accept the order or ship the goods. A purely technical confirmation of receipt does not in itself constitute an acceptance of the contract unless it expressly contains a declaration of acceptance.

§ 4 Prices and Payment Terms
The prices displayed in the online shop at the time of ordering shall apply.
Prices and their VAT treatment are stated in accordance with statutory requirements.
Any additional shipping costs will be displayed before the order is finalized.
The available payment methods will be stated at checkout.
Payment will be processed by the respective payment service providers.
§ 5 Delivery and Shipping
Delivery will be made to the countries of delivery that can be selected during the ordering process.
The delivery times and shipping costs applicable to the respective products will be stated before ordering.
Individual items may be shipped separately from different production or shipping locations.
If an order comprises several shipments, we will inform you accordingly about their shipping.
§ 6 Production After Receipt of Order
Some of our products are printed individually with a pre-determined design after an order has been received.
Production after receipt of an order does not automatically exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.
For goods that are actually manufactured according to individual customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply.

§ 7 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal unless a statutory exception applies.

§ 8 Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§ 9 Statutory Liability for Defects
Our goods are subject to statutory liability for defects.
If an item is delivered damaged, defective, or not as described, customers can contact us at hi@europe-endures.com.
Statutory claims remain fully applicable.
§ 10 Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers habitually residing in another state, mandatory consumer protection provisions of that state of residence remain unaffected to the extent that they are applicable.
